According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.


Upon receipt, check the product packaging for integrity and make sure that the product corresponds to your order.


If the product packaging is damaged, we will send a similar product of good quality. The product is not subject to exchange after the fact of its use by you.


To request an exchange of goods, please send us the following documents in any way convenient for you (Telegram, Viber, email):

  • a photo of the received product, which clearly shows the damage;
  • The acceptance and delivery certificate is issued at the Nova Poshta branch at the time of receipt of the shipment.

The deadline for processing the request is 2-3 days from the time of receipt of the goods.
