Payment and delivery

The Millennium online store operates on a 100% prepayment basis.

During the warm summer season, we highly recommend picking up your orders from the post office as soon as possible so your favorite chocolate and treats keep their perfect texture and melt only in your heart!

Online store opening hours and call reception: Mon-Fri: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sat, Sun-closed.

Order processing time: from 1 to 2 business days.

The Millennium online store has the following discount system:
> 2,000 UAH – 5%
> 20,000 UAH – 10%
> 100,000 UAH – 15%

For individuals and legal entities:

1. Payment can be made to a bank account after the order is confirmed by the online store manager.

Delivery by the transport company "Nova Poshta" to all operating branches of Ukraine at the expense of the recipient.

• Delivery cost: determined by the carrier's tariffs.
• Delivery time: 1 - 2 days.
• Goods are shipped to Nova Poshta 5 times a week: Mon - Fri

Please check the order at the Nova Poshta branch upon receipt!
In case of shortage of goods/inconsistency of the order, etc., please write a claim immediately at the Nova Poshta branch and send the order back to the sender/contact the online store manager.
If a discrepancy in the order is detected after receiving it at Nova Poshta (outside its borders), the Millennium online store is not responsible for any discrepancy in the order.
